  • NSW recorded 633 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
  • Sadly, NSW Health has been notified of the deaths of three people who had COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
  • Priority Pfizer vaccination appointments are now available to all 16-39 year old’s living in Bayside, Blacktown, Burwood, Campbelltown, Canterbury-Bankstown, Cumberland, Fairfield, Georges River, Liverpool, Parramatta, Penrith and Strathfield.   • We need to push our vaccination numbers up as high as we can, but we also need to try and not come into contact with other people. Stay home and don’t have visitors.
  • We are particularly concerned about the suburbs of Merrylands, Guildford, Auburn, Greenacre, Yagoona, St Marys and Strathfield.
  • Every infected person is passing the virus on to more than one person. The delta variant causes around two times as many infections as other variants.
  • We can get through this but we need everyone to play their part
